TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
File Format: You will receive your files in 300 DPI PNG format, both with and without a watermark. If you have specific canvas size in mind, don't hesitate to let me know!
Revisions:
· Major revisions are accepted only during the sketching stage.
· Up to 3 revisions are allowed in total. After sketch approval, only minor revisions will be entertained.
· Additional fees may be applied if the commission becomes too complex.
Deadlines: I do not work with client-set deadlines. However, I will aim to complete your commission within 2 months allowing room for new slots.Workload Management: To prevent burnout, please note that I reserve the right to create and post art outside of commissions.Payments:
· A 50% down payment is required before I start sketching.
· The full payment must be received before I begin rendering your commission.


RIGHTS AND USAGE:
Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided.
Portfolio and Usage Rights:
· I retain the right to use your commission for my portfolio and other promotional material in low-res form.
· I can refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the project.
Merchandise:
· Regular commissions may be used to create non-profit merchandise!
· Commercial Use of the artwork will incur an additional charge of +300% of the total commission price.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does the order process work?
1. Fill out the order form via Google Forms. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email after I’ve reviewed your information.
2. After we both agree on the details, I will quote the final price, and an invoice will be sent to you.
3. Once payment is received, I will begin the sketch. Major revisions can still be made at this stage.
4. I’ll proceed with lining and coloring, and will send you progress screenshots for feedback. Major revisions are no longer accepted at this point, unless you're willing to pay an additional fee.
5. The final high-res piece will be sent via Google Drive.
What is the standard canvas size?
✦ I typically work at 8.5 x 11 inches (RGB, 300 DPI), but I may adjust the size based on the specific mood of the piece. Let me know if you need a custom canvas size when placing your order!
Can I request a rush order or set a deadline?
✦ I don’t work with client-set deadlines. However, if you have an urgent request, please let me know. I can discuss the possibility of a rush fee depending on availability.
Can I see progress updates during the process?
✦ Yes! I will send you progress updates, especially during the sketch and coloring stages, to ensure you're happy with how things are going.
